2022 Shell Graduate Programme
The Shell PLC is inviting suitably qualified students who are citizens of Nigeria or who has the permission to work in Nigeria to apply for the 2022 Shell Graduate Programme to assist them with the financial aid needed to fund their education.
The Shell Graduate Programme is a rigorous development framework of specific competences, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that will enable you to become a competitive professional by the end of your 3-year PhD scholarship. Right from the start, you will be given a challenging hands-on role, working in a diverse, global environment. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development programme. You will also be learning alongside brilliant people from all over the world, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working.

It is one of the oil and gas super majors and by revenue and profits is one of the largest companies in the world, ranking within the top 10 of the Fortune global 500 since 2000 and considered to be the ninth-largest corporate producer of greenhouse gas emissions in the period 1988–2015. Shell Energy Nigeria is growing Shell‘s presence as a natural gas marketing and sales business in Nigeria. It builds on the success of Shell Nigeria Gas which has delivered natural gas to customers in Nigeria since 1998, operating safely, compliantly and reliably.

Eligibility Requirements for the 2022 Shell Graduate Programme:
- Interested must be a citizen of Nigeria or must be eligible to work in Nigeria.
- Interested applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an approved university in related field and must not be more than 3 years of post-graduation.
- Interested applicants must posses a minimum of a 2:1 class of degree (Second class upper).
- Interested applicants must have completed the mandatory 1-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at the time of application.
- Interested applicants must be ready join the Shell Graduate Programme and Power Change from Day One.
