2025 Dell Envision the Future Project Competition
Suitably qualified senior undergraduate students from the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey who are passionate about driving change in FinTech, Sustainability, Education, Healthcare, and Well-being are invited to participate in the 2025 Dell Envision the Future Project Competition. The graduation project has become an innovative show by students through this annual competition by Dell Technologies.
Of particular interest for submission are projects addressing impactful areas such as Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Information Security, Automation, etc. Each team should comprise between 3-6 people who will work in groups towards creating real solutions. The competition is created to help students draw attention to them, let them share their ideas, implement the changes through technology, and win the prizes that will be awarded.

Competition Phases of 2025 Dell Envision the Future Project Competition:
Project Abstract Submission
- Submission Period: November 1 – November 30, 2024
- Shortlist Announcement: January 25, 2025
- Project Interim Design
Layout Submission
- Submission Date: March 10, 2025
- Top 20 Finalists Announced: March 30, 2025
- Benefit: Finalists will receive technical mentorship from Dell Technologies.
Final Project Submission
- Submission Date: August 5, 2025
- Winners Announced: September 1, 2025
Winner Selection Process:
- All submissions are evaluated anonymously by international professors and experts from outside the region.
- Each document is reviewed by at least two different evaluators.
Requirements and eligibility Criteria;
- Must be senior-year students enrolled in an academic institution in the Middle East, Africa, or Turkey.
- Must have a faculty member as a project supervisor.
- Must be full-time students and not employed by the government.
- Information provided by students must be validated by their department head or faculty advisor.
- Each student can participate in only one project.
- Communication with Dell Technologies will be through the academic advisor and designated team leader.
- Teams must consist of 3 to 6 members, with one designated as team leader.
Prizes & Benefits:
- First Place: $5,000 cash prize.
- Second Place: $4,000 cash prize.
- Third Place: $3,000 cash prize.
- Top 10 Teams: Recognition certificates for all team members.
- Mentorship: Dell Experts will mentor finalist projects.
- Award Ceremony: Formal ceremony at a Dell Technologies event, with winning team members, academic advisors, and senior university officials invited.

Application Procedures (How to apply);
- Form a team of 3 to 6 members.
- Select one team member as the team leader, responsible for coordinating and submitting the project.
- Focus on developing original and innovative ideas, as creativity is a key pillar of the competition.
Application Deadline: The deadline to apply to the Dell Graduation Project Competition is November 30, 2025.
