GSK Scholarships 2025-26 for Future Health Leaders

Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply for the GSK Scholarships 2025-26, aimed at supporting the development of future leaders in global health. The goal of this scholarship is to build capacity for health systems and health research relevant to Africa.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;

Must be nationals and residents of sub-Saharan Africa.
Must plan to return to sub-Saharan Africa after completing the MSc program at LSHTM.
Must confirm your financial need by applying through the online scholarship portal.
Must meet LSHTM’s minimum English language requirements.
Hold a first degree with a first or upper-second-class equivalency.
Have an offer of admission for a 2025-26 London-based intensive MSc program at LSHTM.
Preference for candidates who show potential for impactful contributions to public health or health-related research in Africa.

Scholarship Benefits:

Full tuition fees (including mandatory field trip fees).
Tax-free living allowance of £22,000.

Application Procedures (How to apply);

Follow these steps to complete your application before the deadline:

Submit your application for a 2025/26 London-based MSc program. Check the ‘How to Apply’ section on your chosen program’s page for detailed instructions.
After submitting your application, you’ll receive a temporary password for first-time login (via e-vision). Use this to log in and update your password.
Search for “GSK Scholarships for Future Health Leaders” in the portal. Answer all the questions online, review your responses, and submit your application. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s submitted.

Once you have submitted an application to study you should receive an automated email from the Scholarships Team (scholarships@lshtm.ac.uk) providing you with the link to our online scholarships application portal.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The Scholarships Team will contact you with the outcome in due time.
