SNU South Korea Scholarship 2025 Fall Semester Intake
Suitably qualified students are encouraged to apply for the prestigious Seoul National University (SNU) Scholarship for the Fall 2025 semester. This wonderful chance is available to overseas students particularly students from ASEAN member countries. Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of work experience related to Smart City projects.
- Must be an ASEAN member state national, with the applicant and their parents holding foreign citizenship.
- Applicants with endorsements from the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) will receive additional points.
- Must not be a recipient or expected recipient of similar scholarships.
Scholarship Benefits
- Full exemption for up to 2 years.
- $1,400 per month for up to 2 years.
- A one-time payment of $300.
- Reimbursement of up to $400 for economy-class tickets (based on the GTS system).
- Comprehensive coverage throughout the scholarship duration.

To apply for the SNU South Korea Scholarship, follow these steps:
Download the application forms from the official SNU website at https://grc.snu.ac.kr.
Prepare the required documents, including:
- Completed application form.
- Personal statement and study plan.
- Two letters of recommendation.
- Academic certificates and transcripts.
- Proof of nationality (passport copies and parent-child relationship certificate).
- A project proposal on a data-driven Smart City related to ASEAN and Korea.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Notarized translations for non-English or non-Korean documents.
