Eligibility for the 2022/2023 Airtel Young Leadership Program:

Applicants must be a Nigerian.
Applicants must possess a Graduate Degree in Social Science, Art or Engineering.
Applicants must posses 0 to 3 years of experience post NYSC.
Applicants must posses outstanding academic record.
Applicants must be smart, result oriented and self driven.
