The Thomas A. Krug Geosyntec Memorial Scholarship 2023 has been established to support these students financially by providing a grant of $10,000 to cover their tuition and study expenses for the upcoming academic session, specifically 2023/2024. In order to be eligible for 2023 Thomas A. Krug Geosyntec Memorial Scholarship at University of Guelph, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Applicants must not be a citizen of Canada.
  • Applicants entering a full-time Ph.D. program offered by the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences in Environmental or Water Resources Engineering with a minimum 80% admission average.
  • Applicants should be able to demonstrate research interest in innovative technologies for the remediation/treatment of soil, sediment, or groundwater contamination.
  • Applicants must meet International Admission Requirements to study at the University.
  • Applicants must meet English Proficiency Requirements for the study program at the University.
