Requirements and eligibility criteria for 2024 African Development Bank Group Young Professionals Program (YPP):

Citizenship of a member country of the AfDB
Maximum age of 32 years
Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent academic record
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in priority areas (Hi-5s)
Proficiency in coding, e-development, animation, and platform design and maintenance
Hands-on experience in Africa or other developing countries
Passion for Africa’s development
Ability to share knowledge and coach others
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability
High business acumen and innovative mindset
Proficiency in English and/or French
Digital skills and adaptability to technological advancements
Willingness to relocate to Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, and other African countries as needed.
