The Fellowship is an exceptional 12-month program that equips Fellows with the skills they need for success in various roles at CRS. As a Fellow, you’ll receive valuable training and hands-on experience, working alongside experienced CRS staff. Together, we tackle important challenges in developing countries, empowering you to grow both personally and professionally. Join our global team and contribute to meaningful work that changes lives. Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. Founded in 1943, CRS initially focused on providing emergency relief and support to those affected by various crises, including natural disasters and conflicts. Over the years, CRS expanded its mission to emphasize long-term development, working with local partners to address poverty, hunger, and sustainable development worldwide. Today, CRS operates in over 100 countries, providing aid, promoting global health, addressing social justice issues, and advocating for a more equitable and just world.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for Catholic Relief Services (CRS) 2024 International Development Fellows Program:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
- At least six months of work or volunteer experience in a developing country.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in a second language (French, Arabic, or Portuguese is a plus).
- The ability to work in places with tropical diseases and limited medical facilities.
