FIPL’s Entry Level Engineering Programme aims to bring on board fresh, young talent aged 21 to 27, who have just graduated from college. If you’re a recent grad with a passion for engineering, we’re looking for someone like you!

Requirements and eligibility criteria for FIPL Entry Level Engineers Programme 2024 for Young Engineers:
- Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s or HND) with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper
- Division/Upper Credit.
- Age between 21 and 27 for recent college graduates.
- Post-NYSC experience is a must.
- Completion of the NYSC program.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Familiarity with CAD packages and Engineering Software (e.g., MATLAB).
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking abilities.
