Suitably qualified students from African backgrounds who are interested in taking advantage of unique training are encouraged to apply for the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program 2024 for Africans.
The Fellowship is a program for educational projects at African higher education institutions. The fellowship requires the applicants to meet the minimum requirement to be able to receive the award.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program 2024 for Africans
- Born in any African country, as indicated in the applicant’s passport
- Hold a terminal degree with good grades
- Employed at an accredited college or university
- Willing to enroll in the fellowship held in the United States
- Demonstrate leadership potential through community engagement
- Submit personal statements and details of academic qualifications, disciplinary expertise, and administrative experience
- Provide a letter of recommendation from a Dean or equivalent administrator at the current institution
Fellowship Benefits:
- $150/day stipend
- Coverage for visa costs (if required)

- Round-trip international airfare and ground transportation to and from the North American airport
