Requirements and eligibility criteria for Access Bank ELTP GRAD / RETAIL / TECH Entry-Level Trainee Program 2024:

Minimum B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
Age limit: Not older than 26 years at the date of application.
For candidates with MSc, LLB: Not older than 28 years at the date of application.
Minimum second-class upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
Completion of NYSC.
ELTP: Tech Track Requirements
Minimum B.Sc. degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and Economics courses.
Age limit: Not older than 26 years at the date of application.
For candidates with MSc, LLB: Not older than 28 years at the date of application.
Minimum second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
Completion of NYSC.
