Requirements and eligibility criteria for Atlas Corps Fellowship and Leadership Development Programs 2023:

To be eligible for the Fellowship, you should have:

Completed a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
Age 35 or below when starting the Fellowship.
Citizenship from most countries (except the U.S.); check for current country restrictions.
A commitment to return to your home country after the 12-month Fellowship.
Dedication to addressing critical social issues in your region.
Willingness to live within a basic stipend covering food, shared housing, and local transport.
Professional experience of at least two years in at least one of our main skill areas:
Communications and Marketing.
Monitoring and Evaluation / Data Analysis.
Operations & Human Resources.
Partnership-Building and Business Development.
Program and Project Management.
