- International (including EU) students only.
- Must have a conditional or unconditional offer to study at the University of York by May 1, 2024.
- Must be paying fees at the overseas fee rate, with fee assessments completed by May 1, 2024.
- Must intend to study a full-time undergraduate course.
- Must hold a 100 percent tuition fee scholarship or be fully sponsored.
- Must be on one of the following pathways:
- Hull York Medical School
- International Pathway College
- Distance and online learning courses
- Part-time courses
- Kaplan International College London.

Undergraduate students who are interested and eligible for the Dean’s Global Excellence Scholarship 2024 at the University of York don’t have to fill out an extra application form. Their eligibility will be automatically assessed, and successful candidates will be notified by Friday, May 10, 2024.
