- Graduates or those graduating by the end of the current academic year.
- Researchers and academics are encouraged.
Ineligible Groups:
- Turkish citizens and those who lost Turkish citizenship.
- Individuals currently enrolled in Turkish university programs at the intended level of education.
Basic Application Criteria:
- Minimum academic achievements:
- Undergraduate candidates: 70%
- Master and Doctorate candidates: 75%
- Health Sciences candidates (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): 90%
Age Criteria:
- For undergrad programs: Under 21 years old.
- For Post Graduate programs: Under 30 years old.
- For doctoral programs: Under 35 years old.
- For Research Scholarship: Under 45 years old.
