PPIA Junior Summer Institute 2025 Fellowship
Suitably qualified undergraduate students worldwide preparing for graduate studies in public policy or international affairs are encouraged to apply for the PPIA Junior Summer Institute 2025 Fellowship. This is fully funded and lasts for seven weeks with its emphasis being on juniors is meant to develop leadership and has a strong emphasis on public service and leadership in a global perspective.
At the end of the program, fellows will have the academic tool set and understanding of public service careers for service in federal, national, and international government and nonprofit organizations. PPIA JSI 2025 Fellowship is therefore a stepping stone to train diverse leaders who are prepared and willing to take up the mantle and change the world.

Requirements and eligibility criteria;
- Expected graduation date: between December 2025 and August 2026.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or DACA recipient to apply to all JSI programs.
- International students can apply to select JSIs (Carnegie Mellon and Princeton) if enrolled in a U.S.-based institution.
- Interest in contributing to the diversity of perspectives within the Junior Summer Institute.
- Demonstrated involvement in improving historically underserved or underrepresented communities (e.g., African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic/Latino, Native Americans,
- Pacific Islanders, etc.).
- Financial need is considered.
