Self-driven, motivated and qualified young individuals from Nigeria who have sound character and learning quickness to undertake an intensive 18 months training program are invited to submit application for the 2022 Nestle Nigeria Technical Training Programme which focuses on technical skills development at applicants various Technical Training Centers.

The Nestle Nigeria Technical Training Programme is an initiative of Nestle Nigeria to help young individuals from Nigeria who are self motivated to take part in an 18 months training program that will help their technical skill development. The training is the company’s little way of contributing to the development of the countries by creating skill acquisition and development for the young ones.

Nestle Nigeria Plc is a publicly listed food and beverage specialty company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. The company was founded in 1961 and have conducted trading under the name of Nestle Products Nigeria Limited. The company was listed as one of the largest 100 companies in Africa in terms of manufacturing of breakfast cereal, baby food products, food seasoning and hydrolyzed plant protein mix. The company has over 2,201 employees and continues to train over 300 Nigerian youths on various technical training. The company’s various factory locations are: Agbara Factory in Agbara, Flowergate Factory in Sagamu, Ogun and Abaji Factory in Abaji, Abuja.

Eligibility for the 2022 Nestle Nigeria Technical Training Programme

  • Applicants must have a minimum of Lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic not earlier than 2019 in any field of study like: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical / Installation & Maintenance Engineering, Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics), Industrial Measurement and Control/Instruments Mechanics Work, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering and other related engineering qualifications.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of Five (5) O-Level Credits or its equivalent obtained in One (1) Sitting in Physics, Mathematics, English Language, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing or Chemistry.
  • Applicants must be a Nigerian youth.
