This one-year programme provides multiple opportunities for learning through the SARB Academy and is specifically targeting individuals who are highly motivated and productive.
Graduates who successfully complete the South African Reserve Bank Graduate Development Programme in 2023 will be placed in the SARB Academy’s Business Solutions and Technology Department for the period of January to December 2024. The programme will involve comprehensive training at the SARB Academy, with the option to pursue a Data Science specialization. As part of this specialization, participants will have the opportunity to work on several projects in a Data Lab.

- Applicants must have completed a postgraduate degree.
