Requirements and eligibility criteria for Africa Science Leadership Programme for Young African Scientists 2023:
- Hold a PhD degree or an equivalent qualification
- Currently employed as a faculty member or hold a continuing research position at a research institution
- Actively engaged in research and teaching at an African higher education institution or research organization
- Demonstrated outstanding scientific achievements and contributions
- Interest in applying research outcomes for societal impact
- Displayed leadership skills in research and other areas
- Recognize the importance of research in addressing complex societal issues
Willingness to collaborate with diverse disciplines and sectors, such as industry and government - Commitment to actively participate in all fellowship activities
- Intention to share acquired knowledge and experiences with their wider networks.
