Completed no more than one semester in the following programs during the award year:
Bachelor of Computer Science
Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
Engineering integrated program

Bachelor of Information Technology
Bachelor of Mathematics
Dual program including one of the listed programs
No prior tertiary study at the Bachelor level or higher, excluding special studies
Not holding a similar scholarship as determined by the Director
