The doorway of application to the Mastercard Foundation Fund for Resilience and Prosperity Program is open to us all. The Fund for Resilience and Prosperity Program having been introduced following the completion with success of the Fund for Rural Prosperity Program through the Mastercard Foundation once again has been designed for the same purpose.

The Mastercard Foundation Fund for Resilience and Prosperity aims to exercise its influence in seven years, yielding a pool of US$ 126 million that will be dedicated in guiding and sustaining Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the agriculture, climate adaptation, and digital economy sectors favorable conditions across 20 Sub-Saharan Africa countries.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for Mastercard Foundation Fund 2024 for Resilience and Prosperity Program:

Applicants must be from countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Applicants must be young women and men, young people with disabilities, and refugee youth.
The Fund will focus on SMEs operating in agriculture, climate adaptation, and digital economy sectors.
SMEs can apply for competitions in each sector to participate in the Fund.
The Fund’s primary goal is to create more jobs for young women and men, individuals with disabilities, and youth refugees by supporting enterprise growth in Sub-Saharan Africa.
