MS International Federation McDonald Fellowships Fund Program 2024

The McDonald Fellowships are now open to applications, inviting early-career scientists conducting multiple sclerosis research in low and middle-income countries to exchange skills with foreign research institutions. This MS International Federation McDonald Fellowships Fund Program 2024 allows participants to either acquire specialized knowledge or participate in group research projects during their visit.

The UK Space Agency funds the fellowship via the IGS United Kingdom. The fellowship is a two-year package of nearly £30,000 per year to cover travel and living expenses, in addition to a host institution who will be paid £2,000 annually, with a promise of employment for up to four years. This is the estimated half of the two-year funding for the institution to host the candidate who will attend the annual ECTRIMS congress, a conference organized for ECTRIMS for the study and treatment of postgraduate studies, which is a once-in-a-lifetime scholarship.
