The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), offers scholarships to bright students from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
The Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships aim to assist students with limited financial means but exceptional leadership potential to pursue an American-style education.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship Program 2024 to USA:
For Undergraduate Applicants:
- Be current high school seniors or 2022-2023 graduates.
- Maintain high academic achievement and pass the leaving exam (for high school seniors).
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80).
- Commit to completing the undergraduate program in August/September 2024.
- Demonstrate financial need and provide supporting financial documentation.
- Have the ability to travel and start the program in August/September 2024.
- Show strong academic credentials, maturity, adaptability, and leadership potential.
For Graduate Applicants:
- Provide evidence of academic English proficiency as required by the relevant graduate program.
- Commit to completing the master’s degree within two academic years.
- Demonstrate financial need and provide supporting financial documentation.
- Have the ability to travel and start the graduate program in August/September 2024.
- Show strong academic credentials, maturity, adaptability, and leadership potential.
