These scholarships provide additional financial support for living costs and are awarded alongside the RTP Stipend or Monash Graduate Scholarship. Thanks to the generous support of the Narodowski Investment Trust, six scholarships are available each year. The selection process is highly competitive and based on academic records, research outputs, and prior research experience. The scholarships are also open to students pursuing Joint Research Awards with Monash University as their home institution.

- Applicants must be International students or Australian citizens or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents or Australian humanitarian visa holder
- Applicants must have submitted a scholarship application in the current year;
- Applicants must be undertaking research in the study areas and faculties listed below;
- Applicants must meet Monash’s competitive scholarship selection process requirements; and
- Applicants must meet Monash English language proficiency requirements.
Study areas: Social justice, social inclusion, human rights, sustainability or environment, or social policy for the betterment of society
