Requirements and eligibility criteria for YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program 2024:

Age: 18 to 35 years at the time of application
Not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Eligible for a visa to Ghana
Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
Demonstrated leadership in public service, business, or civic engagement
Active involvement in public or community service, volunteerism, or mentorship
Ability to collaborate in diverse groups and respect others’ opinions
Strong social and communication skills
Energetic and positive attitude
Knowledge, interest, and professional experience in the selected sector/track
Commitment to applying leadership skills for the benefit of your country/community after the program
