Enrollment in the second year of a full-time program at a NUC-accredited Nigerian Federal or State University

University or JAMB Admission Letter
UTME Result
O’ Level Result(s)

Letter of Identification from your State of Origin showing your local government
Academic results for 100 level.

Activate your account via the email sent to you.
Return to the official application website.
Log in with your registered email and password to enter your information.
Provide personal, National Identification Number (if available), educational details, and other information. Upload the required scanned documents.
Make sure the names on your application match the names on your documents.
Use a sworn affidavit or certificate if there’s any difference.
Verify that all uploaded documents are clear and accurate.
For your photo, use a passport-sized picture with a white background.
Review your application to avoid errors.
Click “Apply Now” to submit your information.
You’ll receive an email and SMS confirming your successful application.
Return to the website, log in, and download your profile. Have your Head of Department sign it.
Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile for verification.
