- You must have received an admission offer for any undergraduate program at Oxford University.
- You should demonstrate outstanding academic achievements and strong leadership qualities.
- A commitment to returning to your home country after completing your studies is expected.
- Priority will be given to applicants who have not previously pursued undergraduate studies.

To be considered for a scholarship for the 2024 entry at the University of Oxford, follow these steps:
- Apply for an undergraduate course at the University of Oxford through UCAS by October 15, 2023, and secure a place.
- In January 2024, check the official scholarship page for details on how to apply for a scholarship.
- If you apply for the scholarship by the February 7, 2024 deadline, the selection process will take place in March 2024.
- You will receive notification of the scholarship outcome in April 2024.
