Requirements and eligibility criteria for Telkom Internship and Leadership Program 2024:

Graduates with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Planning, Sustainability, International Relations, or Environmental Studies).
Experience and evidence of managing communication strategies or content creation and network management.
Strong writing and reporting skills, along with excellent communication and project management abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical capabilities.
Well-organized team player who can think creatively and work independently.
Inquisitive and eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Experience in youth capacity building, mentoring, and managing expert networks.
