Technical Requirements for 0-2 years Experience:
- Programming Fundamentals: Python, Java
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Troubleshooting skills
- Learning agility
Technical Requirements for 3-5 years Experience:
- Proven experience in technical support/implementation (preferably fintech or financial services)
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- Advanced SQL skills
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience in Infrastructure Management
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities
- Mastery of tools and technologies such as ticketing systems and monitoring tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support to financial institutions using Interswitch solutions on-site
- Independently collect and analyze data using designated tools and methods
- Support and enhance data management systems for improved usability
- Conduct needs assessments to identify issues and barriers
- Provide recommendations for designing new processes and systems
- Analyze problems to determine optimal technical and professional solutions
- Assist in managing internal client and customer relationships
- Contribute to the preparation of data analytics reports and insights
