AAUW International Fellowships Application Round 2023
The AAUW International Fellowship is currently accepting applications. This program is specifically for women who are citizens of countries other than the U.S., or if they are in the U.S., they should have a non-immigrant visa.
Since 1917, the International Fellowships have been helping non-U.S. women pursue graduate or postdoctoral studies in the U.S. These fellowships support women who plan to return to their home countries for professional careers and are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
A few awards are offered for studying outside the U.S. (except in your home country) to women who are part of Graduate Women International (GWI affiliates list). These awards support graduate and postgraduate studies at accredited U.S. institutions. To apply, you should have a degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree by the application deadline and have already applied to your chosen U.S. institutions. Recipients are chosen based on their academic excellence and dedication to advancing women and girls.
