The Dangote Academy is now accepting applications for the 2025/26 Graduate Engineering Training Scheme (GETS). This program is designed to cultivate “Plant-ready” engineers who are talented, performance-driven, and prepared to ensure business continuity for the Dangote Group.
Dangote Academy Graduate Engineering Training Scheme aims to the task of ensuring business continuity by sourcing and training “Plant-ready” personnel with talented and performance-driven engineering graduates for the Dangote Group.

Requirements and eligibility criteria Dangote Academy Graduate Engineering Training Scheme 2025 (GETS);
- Graduates of Engineering from Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics
- Must have graduated with First Class or Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) for Universities
- Must have graduated with Distinction or Upper Credit for Polytechnics
- Must have completed NYSC service on or before December 2024:
Ready for engagements by January 2025 with any of the Dangote business units
