To apply for the Erasmus University Management Scholarships:

Register for the Bachelor of International Business Administration program in Studielink.
After registration, you’ll receive a link to the Online Application Form (OLAF).
In OLAF, you can’t select a particular scholarship; RSM will decide scholarship recipients. They’ll consider your application if you meet the minimum requirements and submit it before the deadline(s).
