- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must be under the age of 25.
- Must be a non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport.
- For short-term or exchange programs, must study for more than 6 months.
- For Chinese-taught courses, must provide an HSK certificate.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic performance.
- Must not be sponsored by any other type of scholarship.

To apply for the Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship, you need to submit the following documents:
- Complete the form with your handwritten signature. Include a study plan as well.
- Provide a notarized photocopy of your highest diploma. If you are currently a student, include certificates of study from your university.
- Submit transcripts showing your academic performance.
- Photocopy of Passport: Provide a clear photocopy of your passport.
- Include a photocopy of your HSK Certificate or results from other Chinese Language Tests.
- Submit a photocopy of the completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
- Write a study plan in either Chinese or English, consisting of at least 500 words.
