Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;
- You should have completed your first year of PhD studies by the time you apply.
- Your major should be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- You must be actively conducting research for your PhD thesis.
- You should be a full-time PhD student during the 2025-2026 academic year and plan to graduate no earlier than May/June 2026.
- You need to be available for an in-person summer internship at an NVIDIA research office, with locations including the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, or Taiwan.
- Additionally, you should not be an immediate family member of a current NVIDIA employee.

- Research Summary/Thesis Proposal: Up to 2 pages, including a bibliography.

- up to three letters, including from non-professors.
- Confirmation of Availability for Summer Internship: Provide proof that you are available for the internship.
