Requirements and eligibility criteria Open Capital Senior Associate Positions 2024/25;

3-5 years of proven working experience in:
Management consulting
Investment banking
Investing
High-growth business with significant responsibility for client projects, deliverables, and client service
Strong communication skills
Excellent analytical abilities
Ability to quickly distill information and structure solutions to problems
Ability to effectively work with clients at all levels and backgrounds
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Professional fluency in English
MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage but not required
Fluency in both French and English (for Abidjan & Dakar locations)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a world-class team to help clients tackle significant challenges in their growth and impact across African markets and economies
Assist in designing growth strategies and/or new financial products, structuring transactions, and enabling investment readiness for innovative companies
Create financial models, conduct market research and analysis, strategic planning, and support client presentations and communication
Develop impactful written, visual, and quantitative deliverables (using Word, PPT, and Excel) with increasing autonomy and ownership
