Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00/4.00 and enrollment in ITU’s Computer Engineering Graduate Program.
- Required Documents: Transcripts (undergraduate and graduate), a detailed CV, an approval letter from an academic advisor, and a 300–500-word research plan detailing potential academic papers or project outcomes.
- Additional Requirements: Applicants must not hold other scholarships or jobs and must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 each semester, avoiding disciplinary actions or criminal records.
