Requirements and eligibility criteria for U.S. Department of State Professional Fellowship 2024 for Africans:
- Age between 25 and 40 at the start of the Fellowship program
- Citizens and residents of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Ethiopia
- Eligible to receive a US J-1 visa
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience
- Able to travel to the US for the five-week program duration
