The UNDP will be closing its application for the UNDP 2024 Graduate Recruitment Programme soon and the lucky selected candidates will have the opportunity of working with the UNDP to advance sustainable development and multilateral cooperation. This highly ranked program sought to cultivate future leaders and equip them with skills to foster the achievement of the SDGs and inspire change in the world.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria UNDP Graduate Programme 2024
- Program Duration: 2 years
- Assignment Locations: Country, regional, or headquarters offices of UNDP
- Program and Policy: Contribute to UNDP’s programs and project activities related to Sustainable Development Goals.
- Corporate Operations: Support management services for effective program implementation or work in organizational policies and oversight.
- Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field (with up to 2 years of work experience) OR
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (with a minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of paid work experience)
- Program and Policy Stream: Political science, public administration, international relations, development studies, economics, statistics, data management, environmental science, or related fields.
- Corporate Operations Stream: Business administration, public administration, finance, law, procurement/supply chain management, human resources management, economics, data management, or related fields.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively in a professional context.
- Nationality Preference: Nationals from specific countries listed, including Angola, Antigua & Barbuda, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Cambodia, Cape Verde, and others (refer to full list).
