Requirements and eligibility criteria for 2024 Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee Program:

Recent university graduates with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.
Must have achieved a minimum of a second-class lower division in their degree.
Ideally, possess 0-2 years of work experience.
Demonstrate strong academic performance and a true passion for the chosen industry or field.
Showcase excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Display leadership potential and a proactive attitude toward learning.
