Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) have joined forces to provide University Scholarship Awards for eligible Nigerian students across all states of the country.

The NNPC/CNL JV National University Scholarship program for 2023 is free to apply. It provides opportunities for Nigerian students pursuing Undergraduate, Master, and PhD programs in Nigerian universities. Applicants for this scholarship cannot apply for other scholarship programs sponsored by Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), NNPC, or its affiliates.

Established in 1961, CNL operates in the Nigerian oil and gas sector, engaging in exploration, production, and marketing activities. The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is the state oil corporation of Nigeria, founded in 1977.
