Requirements and eligibility criteria;

Must be a national of, reside in, and work in one of the 31 eligible countries.
Must hold a diploma equivalent to a 2nd cycle diploma (300 ECTS credits) from a Belgian university for specialized master’s and continuing education courses.
Alternatively, must hold a diploma equivalent to a 1st cycle diploma (180 ECTS credits) from Belgian higher education for specialization baccalaureates.
Must have at least two years of relevant professional experience in an ARES partner country.

Create or log in to your Giraf account (ensure it’s validated by ARES).
Access the application form by navigating to Application for International Training > My Tasks > Competitive Calls.
Complete the form (you can work on it in stages and revisit it in Competitive Calls > My Tasks).
Submit your application by clicking on Submit My Application. Once submitted, you can view it in the My Submitted Files table, but you won’t be able to make any changes.
