Requirements and eligibility criteria for Atlas Corps Fellowship and Leadership Development Programs 2023:
To be eligible for the Fellowship, you should have:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
- Age 35 or below when starting the Fellowship.
- Citizenship from most countries (except the U.S.); check for current country restrictions.
- A commitment to return to your home country after the 12-month Fellowship.
- Dedication to addressing critical social issues in your region.
- Willingness to live within a basic stipend covering food, shared housing, and local transport.
- Professional experience of at least two years in at least one of our main skill areas:
- Communications and Marketing.
- Monitoring and Evaluation / Data Analysis.
- Operations & Human Resources.
- Partnership-Building and Business Development.
- Program and Project Management.

Atlas Corps welcomes applications throughout the year and reviews them on an ongoing basis. Occasionally, special recruitment drives prioritize candidates with specific backgrounds in demand.
- Since Atlas Corps receives numerous applications monthly, the review process typically takes 1 to 3 months. For quicker consideration, apply by a priority deadline if mentioned on the website.
