These scholarships are awarded to the intended students towards the master’s or doctoral degree at the university and are for International students only. It is quite challenging and can be awarded to students who have performed very well in their classes.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for the FAIT Fellowship 2025;
- Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time IT-related degree program at a U.S.-accredited institution.
- Must be in an associate degree program, planning to transfer to a full-time IT-related bachelor’s degree program in fall 2025, and on track to graduate in spring 2027 after completing four full-time semesters.
- Must be enrolled full-time in an IT-related bachelor’s degree program, planning to graduate in spring 2027 after completing four full-time semesters starting in fall 2025.
- Must be enrolled in a combined IT-related degree program and on track to graduate in spring 2027 after completing four full-time semesters starting in fall 2025.
- Must be applying for a full-time IT-related master’s degree program starting in fall 2025 and planning to graduate in spring 2027 after four full-time semesters.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale at the time of application and maintain this GPA throughout the program.
- Successful fellows must agree to a five-year commitment with the Foreign Service upon completing the program and meeting the State Department’s requirements.
