The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training is offering Master Mind scholarships for exceptional students worldwide, covering master’s programs in Flanders and Brussels. Each Master Mind Scholarship comprises a grant of €10,000 along with a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS).

Requirements and eligibility criteria for Government of Flanders Master Mind scholarships 2024/2025:
- All nationalities are eligible to apply.
- The previous degree obtained should be from a higher education institution located outside Flanders.
- International students who have been on credit mobility in a hosting Flemish higher education institution remain eligible.
Academic Performance:
- High standard of academic performance and/or potential.
English Language Proficiency:
- GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- IELTS: Overall minimum band score of 7.0.
- TOEFL: Minimum total score of 94.
- C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference or similar result in another recognized language test.
- Online language tests of IELTS and TOEFL are accepted.
