Suitably qualified international students are invited to apply for the Master Mind Scholarships 2025/2026 at KU Leuven. Funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training, these prestigious scholarships enable world-class students to study a Master’s programme in Flanders and Brussels.

It comprises a financial grant of €10,000 and tuition fees charged per annum to the scholar. This highly competitive scholarship is open to those students who will be starting their Master’s studies in the next academic year who are academically sound and who are willing to study in Belgium and bring the result through their academic work.

Requirements and eligibility criteria;

Must apply for an eligible master’s program (consult the list of eligible programs before applying).
Eligible Nationality: All nationalities except Russian citizens.
Academic Requirement: Must have excellent academic results, reflected by a high GPA on the transcript. Previous degrees must be from institutions outside Flanders. International students who completed credit mobility at a Flemish institution are eligible.
Language Proficiency: If English is not your first language, you must demonstrate strong English skills. Accepted tests:
Online TOEFL: minimum score of 94
IELTS: minimum score of 7
Cambridge CPE: minimum level C2
The language test must be taken before the January 15 application deadline.

Full tuition fee waiver
Scholarship amount: €10,000 per academic year (up to two years)
Duration: One academic year for a 60 ECTS Master’s program, two academic years for a 120 ECTS Master’s program.
