The fellowship encompasses various essential elements, including experiential learning, leadership development, inclusion, innovation, and management framework training, all running concurrently.
The primary goal of the program is to enhance the civic landscape and create a meaningful impact on our communities. We aim to achieve this by equipping changemakers with the necessary knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to foster and implement solutions driven by citizens themselves.
