- Have completed your first year of Ph.D. studies.
- Be majoring in fields like Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
- Be a full-time active Ph.D. student in the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Be ready for a summer internship before your fellowship starts (it might be remote due to CO).
