Requirements and eligibility criteria for Old Mutual Graduate Programme for Africans 2023:
- Hold citizenship or be eligible to work in the country of application.
- Be willing to work or relocate to any part of your country of residence.
- Attain a minimum average of 65% throughout your academic studies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, C#, C++, HTML, Python, SQL, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with industry tools and technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and web development principles.
- Only South African citizens will be considered for roles in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban, South Africa.
- Roles located in other parts of Africa will require relevant citizenship.
